They actually did it.

God has spoken in Amsterdam, but after God speaks, it always leaves huge traces of bigotry.

God has spoken in Amsterdam. Despite severe warnings against moral hysteria, the city of Amsterdam have started to bully people under 21 years old, claiming sex workers are not adults like other adults.

Yes, despite all national and international warnings against moral hysteria, the city of Amsterdam has now become a self-appointed God, and effectuated their bigoted and illogical age limit law proposal. From September 1, 2013, you have to be 21 years old to have the legal occupation sex worker in the Red Light District in Amsterdam.

After concluding that this was not a bad dream, I went into a period of shock and paralysis. I now ask myself how short-minded it is possible to act in our “enlightened”, modern time. Needn´t politicians possess certain relevant education on society and history in order to decide their own and other people´s future fate? Which exams do politicians need to pass in order to overrule adult people´s private decisions – or to illogically differ between age limits in different occupations?

I hope the people in Amsterdam open their eyes and really see what is going on right now. Their international reputation is being destroyed for sure, stone by stone. And I am pretty confident that I am not the last person that happily leaves The Netherlands in 2013.

Forcing bigotry on a nation

Sex workers in Amsterdam are not adults until they are 21 years old. It is a dignity murder committed by the city of Amsterdam; modern bigotry and a mental homicide that soon will result in personal punishment of the people behind this.

Through history, numerous infamous dictators have practiced their bigotry and personal hate via politics. This very second, Amsterdam practices bigotry against a lot of adult (well, by general definition that is) men and women, even though history shows that bigoted legislation always gets repealed when the true moralistic nature of it is no longer tolerated.

The question that arises when unqualified politicians make proposals and pass legislation is always the same: Why waste time on temporary violation, when history shows that state guardianship always withers? Sadly, this leaves a whole nation, or a segment of it, in sorrow for a period.

Elementary logic

Well, of course: what is more satisfactory for a bigoted politician than meeting a lot of warnings and angry people against a proposal, and then exploit democracy by forcing through their personal agendas, camouflaged as “care”, messing with people’s conscience? This is evil´s typical pattern all over the world, and often those politicians are fanatical enough to actually believe that they are “justice martyrs” who will prove right in the end.

Surely, the city of Amsterdam must have collected scientific proof that health / sex workers aged 18, 19 or 20 are less intelligent or mature than e.g. people that work in the Albert Hein supermarket, since this age limit does not apply there.

Elimination method.

Elimination methods should be used to reveal the real intentions of a person or political party.

Elimination method

Sex workers in Amsterdam are not adults until they are 21 years of age.

The two options for the elimination process:

a) 18, 19 or 20-year old sex workers are less developed or intelligent than 18, 19 or 20-year old hair dressers, shop assistants, bartenders, or people joining the army with a license to kill.

b) This can only be defined as moral-based bigotry and stigmatization because the city of Amsterdam has got no significant proof that certain people in certain occupations are more or less intelligent or mature to choose a specific type of work. The sex workers aged 18, 19 or 20 are deprived the right to work with an occupation they have chosen.

Personally, I am sure that option b) is happening in Amsterdam now, as I cannot find any scientific proof that fortifies the city council´s “rescue industry” argumentation, hence option a) is eliminated.

Remember, vulnerability must always be treated by limiting external factors, not attacking the “vulnerable” themselves by rendering them unemployed and infringed. What should be the age limit to convert into Christianity, seeing that Christianity is responsible for millions of murders? What does the city council do to “rescue” religious people? For more peaceful occupations, one should only focus on normalization and respect.

The only logical and credible consequence to avoid blatant stigmatization and discrimination, is that all occupations in Amsterdam from now on must have the identical 21 year age limit, and the age of consent naturally must be set to 21 years of age.

It is also alarming that The Netherlands did not treat this ideological age limit case as a national, principal matter, but left it up to the city of Amsterdam to decide themselves. Such serious, principal matters must always be treated on a national level, with higher competence, supported by scientists and neutral professionals. It would be the same as having different ages of consent in different cities in the same country. Or, how about freedom of religion in Rotterdam, but not in Amsterdam? How could the government not see this? A bit amazing, I have to say.

And I would not be surprised if some of the sex workers in RLD over 21 years of age remain quiet because they now have received political assistance to get rid of “young and beautiful competition”. If this is a fact, they are behaving shamefully disloyal to their adult colleagues who are under attack by bigotry and cruel tactics.

What now?

I am so happy I left that city and country before this happened, but now I actually feel I have to do something to help all the innocent people affected by this.

Unfortunately, religion and socialism often get mixed into legislation. Even in modern times. They are both religions. Religion should never been allowed to gain national or international power for other than the religious people themselves. This is one of democracy´s biggest weaknesses.

One thing is the discrimination of adult people aged 18, 19 and 20. Something else is that children, young people and other easily influenced people in The Netherlands grow up learning about this bigotry in school and the media, and might end up as zealots themselves.

But, what can I do? The Netherlands will never be really liberal or “open-minded” after this.

Shame on you, Amsterdam.

Amnesty International, EU, UN and other parts of the international community: Please don’t just sit there passively and watch what is happening in Amsterdam. Stigmatization like this is always a dangerous and popular inspiration and an “argument” for other countries considering introducing future moral hysteria to their people.

I am happy to have gone already. But I must say I feel sorry for the (ignorant or not) people I left back in Amsterdam – the bigotry city run by a self-appointed God.

Too late. I’m gone.

We are past medio May. To my knowledge, the city of Amsterdam has still done nothing significant to apologize to the sex workers about their incredibly bigoted age-limit proposal.

I know of people trying to find out about the status of this surreal situation by sending questions to the politicians responsible. But the city of Amsterdam does not even give a polite reply or information about what is actually happening, including at which point of time some adults suddenly will not remain adults anymore. Who knows; in a typical socialistic manner perhaps they plan to implement this stigmatizing law proposal in silence? The city of Amsterdam has violated and bullied its sex workers, claiming they are not adults until they are 21 years old. As if sex workers were different from other people that are adults (i.e. 18 years of age), being able to make their own choices as adults

Black hole

Amsterdam: a black hole of bigotry

If you read my last blog, you will find more information about how the city of Amsterdam sends its citizens and visitors into a black hole by accepting bigotry.

I have now packed my stuff in my apartment in Amsterdam, and will settle in Germany instead – a country where all adults are considered as actual adults, no matter their legal occupation. I do expect more sincerity and respect from a solid and sofisticated country like Germany than from narrow-minded, small nations like Sweden, Norway (both countries with a general sex ban) and now The Netherlands (with a moral based adult definition).

Well, this is actually what is happening under the “cool surface” of Amsterdam, hence this blog is a huge recommendation to keep distance from this seemingly liberal city. I am sure I am not the only one feeling extremely embarresed and furious on behalf of the workers – and freedom in general.

I simply can’t breath there anymore (and this is not because of the really bad and polluted air). No, in this case an old lesson has not been learned: stupidity must never reach legaslitive power.

PS! Speaking of political rubbish; if the city of Amsterdam wishes to do something really important in the Red Light District, perhaps they could re-organize the trash collecting system. I assume the presence of numerous tourists and party people entails the need for a much better sanitation infrastructure; this is something Amsterdam really should optimize.

And please leave the sex workers in peace. They are not responsible for us having to wade in rubbish everywhere we go in-between the canals in RLD or downtown in general.

To the workers: good luck and stay cool. I hope you will gain the respect you deserve in the end. If not, please feel free to follow me to the free country named Germany.

And to the city of Amsterdam: from June 1, you have one less citizen. Shame on you for violating innocent adults. Luckily for me, I was more than 21 when I started to work with my art business in this city, so I am safe. Who knows what could be the next crazy idea from the city of Amsterdam: attacking artists under 21?

That’s it. Goodbye.

It is still bigotry

Settle. Live. Exit.

Dear Amsterdam,

– I settled here because I wanted to live in a free, liberal city.
– I settled here because here I could breathe and live in a sophisticated environment.
– I settled here because of the unique quality of your art and orchestras.
– I settled here because of your «live and let live» attitude, your tradition of accepting different people and cultures living side by side.
– I settled here because of your fascinating way of welcoming foreigners and not stigmatizing any particular businesses.
– I settled here because of your sporting qualities and outdoor recreation; cycling in particular.

Yes, I wished so much to settle here that I started the process of becoming a Dutch citizen in 2011.

Amsterdam, what have you done to yourself?

In 2013, out of the blue, you have turned your liberal reputation upside-down. Your recent bigoted behavior against adult sex workers is so ridiculous and un-sophisticated that I do not wish to live here anymore. I settled here because of the above-mentioned reasons.

Amsterdam, as a consequence you are not better than any other fanatical city or country that practices socialist-religious bigotry on its people.

And no, I am not a sex worker, but I wanted to establish myself within technology and arts in The Netherlands. After the latest foolish proposal from the city of Amsterdam regarding its sex workers, I will have to cancel my citizenship process and move on to settle in a European country that still respects general freedom for all. Even if the proposal should be withdrawn in the very last second, I might not stay here. This is because I am deeply skeptical about countries where morality-based proposals are considered at all.Amsterdam Flag: The official flag of the city of Amsterdam. The city motto is Valor, Resolution, and Mercy. The three X's, saltires (St Andrew's crosses), are taken to represent these even though the X's are older than the motto. A popular tradition also links the X's to the three threats to the city: Water, Fire and Pestilence.

Amsterdam, when you introduce violating, moralizing laws that do not suit your reputation as a freedom preserving nation, this is what you can expect from now on:

– You do no longer deserve the description of being a liberal, free city.
– I cannot breathe and feel the sophistication with you anymore.
– The violating morality-laws will soon be noticeable in the quality of your art and orchestras, because moralization affects all people it concerns in the short and long run. The unique characteristics of performing arts will become diluted.
– The «live and let live» motto will not be credible anymore, since various employments will not exist side by side, due to illogical reasons.
– All Dutch «welcoming» people will be analyzed by certain visitors in order to find out who are bigoted and stigmatizing and who are not.
– The charming city bicycles now symbolize running wheels of bigotry more than the whirling breeze of freedom.

I feel trapped here now and may have to find an exit real soon. This is so sad, Amsterdam, but this time you have dug your own grave.

Thank you for the time we spent together.

I Wasterdam.
